Song Details

A child shares Grandma’s stories about life “in the old days,” then proudly sings of how well Grandma is embracing the present day. The verses are relaxed and conversational, while the refrain is upbeat and syncopated. An elongated measure together with a ritard at the end of the verse makes the peppy refrain that follows a happy surprise.
